OK. So now that the announcement has been made I can explain why I've been so inactive lately. If you have been following me either on YouTube or here on DeviantArt you know that I have been getting into creating sprite mash-up animations. One of these animation "I Reply In Retro - Awesome Video Games" was made as a reply video to the Awesome Video Games crew.

Well they liked that and my other animations so much they contacted me and asked if I would be willing to help them with a project. Being a fan I said yes and we began work on the DVD. It was a lot of fun working with them and I was given a lot of freedom to play with the work given. So if your a fan of theirs and you pick up a copy of the DVD, remember those menus and short animations were done by yours truly. ;)

If your not familiar with their work you should check it out. Especially if your into the retro video game culture. The show they make is a parody of the old video game TV show that started popping up in the early 90's during the surge of Nintendo's popularity.

Here is their YouTube account:

Having said all this I'm still not back in action yet. I have one more thing that has to be taken care of before I can turn my attention back to IDIR2. I'm not quitting though. I'll have more updates soon for any of you who watch me still.

Cheers

Thanks for the fave, it's nice to know more AVG fans. Can't wait to see the wonders you did with the DVD :D

No problem. I love the style you used in all the AVG banners and that DVD promo pic.

I'm really hoping you and the rest of the fans get a kick out of my work on the DVD. I had a lot of fun working with the gang at FFStv and it was pretty damn cool that they approached me about it.

You're welcome. I loved the pic from the second I saw it. Reminded me a lot of a pet monster I had in a MMORPG. lol
